Who we are

Dr. James Urquhart is an internationally experienced businessman, turnaround consultant and founder of GrowthPoint.
He has been an operations director in the Oil and Gas sector; a Head of a University level Graduate School of Business and an Executive Coach Consultant.

He holds an MBA and a Ph.D in Management from the University of St. Andrews; has undertaken a Jungian Group Analytic training and systems psychodynamic coaching training from staff of the Tavistock and Bayswater Institutes, London.
He is a member of the Institute of Management and the Association for Coaching.
